Keeping the hoop where it is, is probably the best solution. We make a rule that only one basketball hoop is allowed in the community and it’s the property of the association. Every family that has a child who uses it must sign a code of conduct and if there is any damages the cost will be divided evenly uninhabited the participating families and the HOA can restrict usage at any time for any reason. We will get consent from neighbors and apply time rules.
