To prevent unauthorized access to our trash enclosures, we could install padlocks and provide residents with the access code. A contact phone number would be posted at the enclosure. If a resident forgets the code, they can call the number and verify their unit number and name with a designated representative who maintains a list of authorized residents. Upon verification, the resident would be given the code.
