Your HOA bill has the Account No & Registration code. The registration code needs to be in all caps.
Once you log in, to receive electronic communication from the management company you need to check "Electronic Communication"
Hover over "My Account" Link -> Click on "Change Homeowner Information" -> check checkbox next to "Electronic Communication..." then scroll to bottom of page and click save.
